Windows 7 Themes Folder Location

You can find the themes folder at:
 
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

The folder AppData may be hidden on your system, because it’s a system folder. You will have to make it visible first
